Events

With an extensive background in event coordination and wedding planning, I naturally look at an event as a whole - the layout, the flow, the timing, the details, and the moments people are most likely to miss. I understand why a table was placed where it was, why the lighting matters, when the room will look its best, and which small details deserve to be photographed before they disappear into the night.

That planning experience has shaped the way I photograph. I’m constantly watching how people move through a space, where attention is naturally drawn, and how all of the individual pieces of an event come together visually. It allows me to anticipate moments instead of simply reacting to them.

My goal is to document more than who was there. I want the photographs to preserve how the entire event felt — the atmosphere, the design, the movement, the carefully planned details, and the unexpected moments happening in between.

In a way, I photograph events from both sides of the room: with the eye of a photographer and the awareness of someone who understands what it took to bring everything together.
